During my xmas getaway, I appreciated the cozy vibe of the hotel, which made me feel like I was in a mountain cabin. the staff was kind and attentive. the food offered during my stay was delicious, especially the local delicacies, and the portions were generous. the views of the surrounding mountains were stunning, and the location was perfect for skiing and hiking.
The heating system was not efficient enough, and the cold air seeped through the windows. the showers did not have enough hot water, and the drainage was slow.
